IMPORTANT! Cancellation and rescheduling are free of charge if you cancel at least 48 hours prior the appointment, after which we will charge a late cancellation fee of £30 for an infill appointment and £40 for full set appointment. If appointment has been booked within 48 hours booking fee is not refundable. If replacement for appointment which has been cancelled/rescheduled within 48 hours has been found, deposit may be transferred towards next appointment but will not be refunded.
