Santana who creates my lashes is amazing! She is always so gentle and creates my lashes every time perfectly and just how I like them to be.
I have recently experienced the Henna eyebrows created by Olya and again I am super happy with the result...

We do have 72h complaint policy in case of something going wrong or client being dissatisfied with the final result or loosing more lashes than usual after the treatment, we will always try to resolve the issue, and we will invite the client for the fix appointment and will make sure client will be happy with the final result. This was my second appointment with Olya which I booked after the first was so wonderful! I can leave Olya to design my eyebrows and have the confidence she will make then look as good as can be! She is lovely to chat too as well ☺️
