We do have 72h complaint policy in case of something going wrong or client being dissatisfied with the final result or loosing more lashes than usual after the treatment, we will always try to resolve the issue, and we will invite the client for the fix appointment and will make sure client will be happy with the final result. This was my second appointment with Olya which I booked after the first was so wonderful! I can leave Olya to design my eyebrows and have the confidence she will make then look as good as can be! She is lovely to chat too as well ☺️

I had my eyelashes done here for the first time and they ended up looking perfect. The lash tech was super professional and accommodated my needs. I would definitely recommend!!
