I called 24 hrs to reschedule my appointment as my lashes didnt need refilling for at least two weeks but was told that if I cancel I would lose my deposit. As a result I had my lashes redone unecessarily. I wasted two hrs and 70 pounds on this. I...

Hello Maria, We are very sorry to hear you feel this way. We don't have an intention to force our clients to come and get their lashes done when there is no need. However, we are happy that your lashes lasted great after 3 weeks when usual infills are due. To get the most of the infill appointment we recommend our clients to book no longer than 3 weeks, although if you believe that you don't require an appointment yet, you can always postpone it by giving us 48h notice as per our cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you couldn't get in touch with us in time, there is always an option to reduce your appointment time. Alternatively, we can try to find replacement for your appointment to avoid cancellation fee, but this unfortunately can not be guaranteed. Due to the nature of the business, 48h cancellation policy is in place to make sure we can run our schedule efficiently. We are hoping for your understanding and look forward seeing you at your next appointment.
