Hi Emma, Thank you for sharing your feedback, it’s very important for us. Unfortunately business has been massively impacted by pandemic and this wasn’t an easy decision for us to downsize this January to a smaller premises. However it was necessary to keep our studio running and be able to offering lash services to our customers. We all really hope this is a just a temporary measure and we be able to get back to a bigger space in the nearest future. We are trying our best to keep our customers cosy and welcoming in our small studio, so we do apologise if you have felt uncomfortable for any reason. When I first saw the prices I thought it was slightly expensive, however they are the best lashes I have had in a long time and they take their time with them! Will definitely be going back for a top up.
