Very professional, knowledgeable and, very experienced in putting the customer at ease.
I could have comfortably fallen asleep whilst the process took place.

Hello Alice, Please be aware that it is normal for lashes to come off gradually after you have had an infill appointment. As you had some old lashes left from your previous visit, glue on those lashes loosing it strength with the time and lashes come off. Best salon I have been to for lashes. I’ve tried many and always left unhappy. My lash artist listened to exactly what I wanted and took her time to make them perfect! I will definitely be back.

Made my eyes really irritated and uncomfortable during the whole treatment.. very bad technique compared to the other lash artists :(

Hello Kristie, We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with your last visit. Experiencing discomfort during the treatment is not common, but may be caused by various reasons. Therefore we ask our clients before every treatment to make your lash artist aware if anything becomes uncomfortable or irritable during eyelash extension application. This will allow your Lash artist to then take actions to stop irritation. To prevent this from happening again we kindly ask please always make your lash artist aware of any discomfort during appointment.. Looking forward to seeing you next time, this will be kept in mind. Very informed information about chosen lashes whether would suit or not. I took advice from the professional, as it was my first time.
Definitely given the right advice and am super pleased with my ladhes.
